Again we come home overwhelmed at God’s goodness and at a loss for how to even try to encapsulate in a thank you email what happened. Jon Mitchell, executive director of the College of Prayer, and Hiram Sostre, lead pastor for Cristo Vive in Lilburn, GA, made the long trip to be with us and the national church in Uruguay. It was a rich time. The anticipation of everyone who attended was evident. This was the most anticipated module of the COP yet here in Uruguay. It literally felt like the floorboards were rattling with anticipation. In the days leading up to the weekend module, people were writing us and telling us how they couldn’t wait to meet Christ in this Upper Room weekend. Pastors and leaders from six churches gathered in Tranqueras on Friday, and from the beginning there was an open heaven as revival is being poured over this people. As they learned what it meant to minister to the Presence of Jesus Christ made manifest among us; they applied it. There was great breakthrough in high worship, deep repentance, deep lament, the impartation of the Word of God, and activation to serve and reach others for Jesus. On Sunday, after the COP had ended, Pastor Hiram preached the 3 services in the Alliance church of Tranqueras. It was overflow. We saw God continue working and people were greatly encouraged. Four people came to Christ as their Savior Sunday night. Glory to Jesus!
