We were invited by the Christian Association in Nigeria, a government recognized federation of Christian churches, to bring the College of Prayer to many of the largest church networks in their country. Simultaneously, we were invited by the Fellowship of Christian Students (FCS), the largest organization in Nigeria with branches in every primary school, secondary school, college and university throughout Nigeria to bring the College of Prayer training. Our message was overwhelmingly received. They have invited us back each year for the next three years to complete the training so that they can take our curriculum throughout the nation and build upper rooms in a large number of churches and to every school in Nigeria. To God be the glory.
When we were done with our training, the leader of FCS came up to us and said with tears in his eyes, “This is exactly what I have been praying for the past five years. God sent you to us. This is God’s time for Nigeria. If you had come earlier, we would not have been ready for you. If you had waited any longer it would be too late. This is God’s time.” He went on to tell us that this is the first conference he had sponsored in the past thirty years that received no negative comments. In fact, he told us that every single person thanked him for sponsoring this conference and promised him to take the material of the College of Prayer they were taught and implement it by building upper rooms of prayer all across Nigeria.
